Accompanied by Zerbach & Company Corporate Finance GmbH ("Z&C"), the family offices PHK Enterprise and Gonser have jointly acquired a minority stake in Arvimarine Control Systems SL ("Arvimarine"), based in Madrid. As part of the investment, both investors are providing additional growth capital to the company.
Arvimarine develops innovative automation and control systems for campervans and motorhomes under the ARVIKON brand.
