Frank Eckertz

Frank Eckertz has been Associated Partner of Zerbach & Company since 2020. His focus is on financing mandates and debt advisory, from structuring classic bank financings to acquisition financings, leveraged buy-outs, and alternative financing instruments and debt funds. Before joining Zerbach & Company, he ran his own corporate finance boutique in Frankfurt for several years. Prior to that, he held a senior position at the European headquarters of the NEC Corporation, where he was responsible for central corporate finance functions. His professional career began at Sal. Oppenheim in various roles in corporate finance and wealth management. During the founding era of Germany's "Neuer Markt," he also served as CFO of an internet start-up. Frank Eckertz is a Bankkaufmann and studied Business Administration at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management (formerly Hochschule für Bankwirtschaft). He speaks German and English.
