Zerbach & Company advised the shareholders on the sale of the globally integrated freight forwarding and logistics provider, executed via its European logistics division Noatum Logistics.

THUN Automotive → RCP Group

THUN is a metal components manufacturer founded in 1908 with around 400 employees across four sites in Germany and Hungary. Zerbach & Company advised THUN Automotive on the acquisition by SteelCo.Tech GmbH, a portfolio company of RCP Group GmbH, within a competitive process completed in just 4 months.

BID

BID Group → Obermark

Advising the founder of the BID Group (Coburg, 350 employees, receivables management) on his succession by selling all shares to the Obermark Group. The Luxembourgish-Swiss industrial holding pursues a long-term investment approach and respects the founders' life's work as part of its investment rationale.

As part of the "Melitta 2020" strategy program, a pan-European target search was conducted on the basis of the jointly developed acquisition strategy, aimed at strengthening one of the business units.
