Dr. Lars Junc
Before founding Zerbach & Company, Dr. Lars Junc worked as Vice President at VR Corporate Finance GmbH (the M&A advisory of the DZ BANK Group) in Düsseldorf. Previously, he taught company valuation and financial statement analysis at the Chair for Auditing, Accounting and Controlling at the University of Duisburg-Essen. He is an expert in company valuation, financial modelling, and acquisition financing, and a keynote speaker, most recently at the Financial Planner Days 2026 of the Frankfurt School. After completing his degree in economics (Diplom), he earned his doctorate at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Dr. Lars Junc speaks German and English.
