Before founding Zerbach & Company, Leander Zerbach held senior positions at the cooperative central banks and played a key role in establishing and expanding the M&A Solutions and Primary Market team at WGZ BANK AG. From 2004 to 2014, as a member of the management / Managing Director, he was jointly responsible for building up VR Corporate Finance GmbH (today the M&A unit of DZ BANK). Leander Zerbach is a Diplomierter Bankbetriebswirt, Sparkassenbetriebswirt, and completed an apprenticeship as bank clerk (Sparkasse Köln Bonn). He speaks German, English, and Norwegian.
