Zerbach & Company realises a successful corporate succession for the IT systems house Computing Forum

Accompanied by Zerbach & Company Corporate Finance GmbH ("Z&C"), the owners of Computing Forum, based in Aalen, Baden-Württemberg, successfully completed the sale of the company to Pusch-Data GmbH ("Pusch-Data").

Computing Forum, founded in 1996, is a regionally well-established IT systems house with a broad range of services. As an IT systems house, Computing Forum serves its clients with a comprehensive range of services and, as an outsourcing partner, takes on all the activities of an in-house IT department. In addition to nationwide client relationships with medium-sized companies, Computing Forum has strong technological expertise in the field of IT system integration and serves in particular companies from the mid-market as well as the healthcare and industrial sectors.

As part of the implementation of the corporate succession, the owners of Computing Forum engaged Zerbach & Company as exclusive corporate finance advisor to search for suitable partners to secure jobs at the location over the long term. In a competitive transaction process with numerous interested parties, Pusch-Data was awarded the deal.

Pusch-Data was founded in 1995 and remains owner-managed to this day. The company employs around 60 people and is firmly rooted in southern Germany as an IT service provider. Its client base includes corporations, medium-sized companies, the skilled trades and educational institutions.

Pusch-Data advises its clients on the development and implementation of modern IT infrastructure solutions. The key strategic rationale of the acquisition is access to highly qualified employees as well as the expansion of the client base.
