Accompanied by Zerbach & Company Corporate Finance GmbH ("Z&C"), the shareholder of Emergency Lighting Products Ltd., Billingshurst, United Kingdom ("ELP") has sold 100% of shares to Prime Light Group Ltd., London ("Prime Light"), a portfolio company of BayTree Private Equity LLP, London ("BayTree").
ELP, based in Billingshurst in the south-east of England, is a provider of emergency lighting products and solutions for OEM and B2B customers, including international market leaders in the lighting industry.
With around 30 years of experience, Prime Light offers complete solutions for wireless lighting control and one of the most comprehensive ranges of lighting components in the UK.
Prime Light has been part of the BayTree Private Equity LLP portfolio since 2023. BayTree invests in medium-sized UK companies with EBITDA in the range of £2 million to £10 million as part of succession solutions, management buyouts, and growth capital.
Zerbach & Company structured the international transaction process on behalf of the former shareholder of ELP, identified potential buyers, initiated discussions with primarily British investors, and brought the process to a successful conclusion.
