Accompanied by Zerbach & Company Corporate Finance GmbH, the shareholders of Frischleder Versicherungsmakler GmbH sold all of their shares to the Frankfurt-based MRH Trowe Group.
The Cologne insurance broker Frischleder is a leading specialist in arranging insurance solutions for the real estate industry. In this context, the company designs optimal insurance cover for investors, from the acquisition of the site, through project development, to coverage of the completed property. Frischleder places further emphasis on advising owner-managed family businesses in the chemical and metal processing sectors. This segment is rounded off by advisory services for occupational pension schemes.
As part of arranging its succession, the shareholders of Frischleder mandated Zerbach & Company as exclusive corporate finance advisor to search for suitable partners to take over the shares and secure the jobs at the Cologne site over the long term. In a competitive transaction process, MRH Trowe, an internationally positioned insurance company, was awarded the mandate by the shareholders.
With more than 280 employees at 16 different locations, MRH Trowe develops individual insurance solutions and advisory concepts across various business fields. The acquisition of Frischleder will particularly strengthen MRH Trowe's real estate business.
