We are pleased to announce that Zerbach & Company | Corporate Finance GmbH commenced business operations at its Cologne location at the beginning of this month. The three founding partners, Georg Leander Zerbach, Marc Bollinger and Dr. Lars Junc, had previously worked together in the same capacity and composition for many years, among others within the cooperative financial network, and jointly look back on well over 50 years of corporate finance advisory experience as well as a large number of completed transactions and advisory projects.
As an independent, owner-managed advisory firm, Zerbach & Company supports medium-sized entrepreneurs, companies and management in the preparation and execution of succession solutions, company acquisitions and disposals, capital measures, financings and other changes within the shareholder group. In addition, investors and family offices are advised over the long term in building up entrepreneurial investment portfolios.
