This past April, Zerbach & Company turned five years old, reason enough to celebrate together with long-standing business partners, international cooperation partners, its industry experts, friends and family members.
On 2 April 2014, Georg Leander Zerbach, Marc Bollinger and Dr. Lars Junc, who had worked together in the same capacity for many years, among others for the cooperative DZ BANK Group, jointly founded the Cologne-based corporate finance and M&A advisory firm Zerbach & Company.
Under bright sunshine, the roughly 100 guests were welcomed at the Rolandsbogen restaurant. A dedicated shuttle service ensured a safe and pleasant ride up to the Rolandsbogen, situated 105 m above the Rhine, from where there is a wonderful view over the Siebengebirge. The engaging mix of medium-sized family entrepreneurs, financial investors, legal advisors and business angels quickly gave rise to lively discussions among like-minded guests.
Founder and managing partner Georg Leander Zerbach looked back on the firm's five-year history and its path to independence in a heartfelt speech, thanking all of his companions. Accompanied by culinary delights from Lutter & Wegner at the Rolandsbogen, the guests celebrated late into the evening.
