Accompanied by Zerbach & Company Corporate Finance GmbH ("Z&C"), the owner of VISCO Group ("VISCO") has sold its shares to Infra Group.
VISCO, based in Jagstzell, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, is a provider in the field of passive telecommunication and energy infrastructure. As a general contractor with around 300 employees, VISCO offers its customers all services from a single source and focuses on large-scale projects in the field of fiber-to-the-building (FTTB) and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), as well as the laying of power lines.
Infra Group, based in Temse, Belgium, offers a wide range of services, from planning, engineering and installation to maintenance of major infrastructures in the fields of electricity, water and wastewater, telecoms, gas and district heating, as well as green areas. Owned by the management team led by the Group's founder as well as the private equity firms PAI Partners, ICG and Andera Partners, Infra Group is a leading provider of infrastructure services in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and France.
The existing VISCO management team led by the previous owner will continue to lead VISCO unchanged to carry on the successful growth of recent years.
